There are so many rocks, mountains and spires with the name Cathedral in front of them that it becomes quite confusing. I believe the picture above is of Higher Cathedral Rock, but I can’t be definitive; sorry.
Let me just say that while hiking along the meadows provided by the path laid out as part of the Valley Loop trail, there are many such peaks and spires to impress visitors. These natural megaliths stare down at hikers trekking the valley floor.
